Another way to eat rice, by packing in the rice into a woven palm leaf and then boiled. As the rice cooks, the grains expand to fill the pouch and the rice become compressed. This method of cooking gives the ketupat its characteristic form and texture of a rice dumpling. Ketupat is usually eaten with rendang, sate, or gado-gado.

- Angklung (Sundanese musical instrument)
Angklung is a unique instrument made out of bamboo. It has been used and played by the Sundanese since the ancient times. Typically, we play Angklung with both hands, the base of the frame is held with one hand while the other hand shakes the instrument rapidly from side to side.

A small performance will be demonstrated to show you how Angklung is played.
